Welcome, to our vacation rental unit 2103 in Ariel Dunes 2.
Ariel Dunes 2 is a high rise condominium, in Miramar Beach, which was built in 2007. The unit is 2BR/2BA with 1200sq feet of living space plus a large balcony. It is fully equipped to sleep up to 6 people and has a washer/dryer. The view from the 21st floor is possibly the best feature. This is especially true at sunset as the building is angled to the southwest allowing for great views down the coast toward Destin. We have found the best time of year to visit is late summer or fall as the crowds have got and the weather is perfect. Destin is ideal for snowbirds.
Seascape community features golf, tennis, multiple pools, restaurants and large area of beach access.
Available December 1-April 1, 2012 for monthly rental.
